Academic IELTS for CRNE???

I would like to know if it's true that you should take the Academic IELTS in applying for CRNE?
need for clarification...

General will do with 6.5 in reading, writing.listening.
7 is required in speaking.
This applies if u r registering in CNO.(TORONTO)

hi where is better to take IELTS academic exam.. here in philippines or in canada...?
