I am currently getting ready to apply for permanent residency.
I have signed up to World Education Services (WES) to validate my academic credentials.
During the process, I have been clarifying the details of my degree with the universities, to ensure that all the details of what I have indicated to them, will match with what the universities will send them.
One university has sent me what they would send WES, so I can see that the details are correct.

In particular, since I was doing a double Masters, and received certification from two difference institutions, meaning that I have put two entries into the WES application for those. Both being the Master diploma certificates, resulting in a MSc degree. Am I correct to have them as two separate entries? There isn't a single institution that awarded the MSc degree.

I was concerned that when I indicated my duration of study for both certificates as being 2009 to 2012, they would not match what is being sent to them. As they may very well indicate 2010 to 2012, as I only arrived at the second institution's campus that year. However, the overall Masters programme is 2009 to 2012. I have received reassurances from one of the institutions that they would only refer to one block of time 2009 to 2012.

I just want to be sure that I get them to send the correct thing, and I don't enter incorrect details into the WES application. I would rather not have to wait for another round of documents to be sent around, because there was an error on this application.

What should I look for with the documents that the institution has sent me, that they intend to send to WES?
