Just seconds ago received second refusal same four previous reason even alot of explanation according to previous refusal. I was thinking may be this time less comments but its again four. Saturday will submit reconsideration and 3rd application is ready to complete. Only one change this time i adding GIC certificate. Decision came exactly after 30 days hahaha

the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and
Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I am refusing your application on the following grounds:
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of
residence.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your current employment situation.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your immigration status.
You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these

Sorry for your refusal but why are you posting this multiple times on the forum. You aren’t asking a question or for advice. If you keep applying simultaneously after each refusal than chances of refusal get higher and higher. Don’t reapply until you get GCMS notes. And if not addressing reasons for refusal, why reapply so quickly again and again. Don’t know profile so can’t comment on reasons but assume you don’t live in your home country and don’t show ties to home country.

I alredy did very very best with deep explanation so if they refused it means luck. But i will fight till win. Its for my wife study application.

In 2010 i went uk for study and came back. After i applied twice uk study visa both time refused then appeal also refused then judicial reviews which are the final steps for both applications was refused. Then i asked few lawyers and they hands up that no chance for win and need arround 20,000 pounds for the court case. Luckily one lawyer suggested me i can do myself but need time to learn how to prepare case because i was in Pakistan and from there making a case against British foreign office it was like day dream but i did research and i prepared case in 6 months. I made a case against UK home office in Birmingham high court and i was in Pakistan. Nobody was believing thats making a UK court case and claimant was outside UK but yes i did that without any lawyer. After 6 months i received email from a lawyer who was defeding UK home office. She offered me that if i take back case against UK home office then they are agree to give me study visa. Finally uk home office handsup and apologised and granted me study visa. British embassy in Pakistan called me to come with passport. This all procedure costed me arround 100 or 200 pounds in 2011 including court feeses, post charges etc. They wasted my 2 years and same time i got job in Dubai and withdrawl my uk visa. So lesson is fight till win. Only problem is time wasting but i will go ahead may b i apply 8 times further as abu dhabi office decided this application in 30 days and last one in 57 days

She has double master , MBA from Pakistan, master in occupational health and safety from Italy. That was the reason i didn't chose master in related field because 3rd master does not make sense and visa refusal chances was higher so i chosen one year college certificate and explained why this course very clearly and proved that it is academic progression even the course is certificate and she has double masters.

I will apply 3rd and 4th time in same course. Mean time she might get offer in master degree end of April as per universities deadlines. So in May she can submit another application with master degree.

Changing a course from certificate to degree means creating a clearly doubt in front of officer. Let see what happns in next application
