I got approved LMIA for my brother as a heavy duty truck driver. He is in Dubai , working as a truck driver. I applied for his work permit and its almost 3 months now.

I check the processing time for Indian citizen is 2 months.

Is his processing time 7 months because he is applied from Dubai? or it should be 2 months?

Could anyone suggest me something about this?

Since you applied on the 1st of January, which was a holiday, you should have received some kind of response by now. Have you received any reply?

After you receive an LMIA, did your brother apply for a job in Canada or has he applied for a Work Permit directly?

The process times from the Abu Dhabi VO for a Work Permit is 7 Months I believe. Can I ask where have you read that it is only 2 Months for Indian Citizens?

How long has it been since your brother applied?

I JUST RECEIVED SUBMISSION LETTER AFTER SUBMIT MY FILE

IF YOUR BROTHER APPLIED FROM HERE IN UAE PROCESSING TIME SHOULD BE 7 MONTHS AND THERE IS NO THAT FOR INDIAN ITS 2 MONTH YEAH IF IF HE APPLIED FROM INDIA THERE IS 2 MONTH PROCESSING TIME FOR WORK PERMIT
