I am the primary applicant with 2kids. I am separated from my husband, although no legal document to that effect. My kids are 2 and 3years respectively. Would I need to pay their application fee too? And can I travel with them without my divorce document?

To exclude your husband, you will likely be require to show that you have separated. To be able to bring your children, you will need either the father's permission or full legal custody from the courts.
