As I didn't have Notice of assessment from CRA, I submitted my paystubs,T4 and my tax return for qualified period along with my application.

As of now I am trying to reach CRA but seems there is some technical glitch as their number is always busy and on top of it, it doesn't even keep me on hold.

I was wondering if any one has made application under CEC program without Notice of assessment and has gone through without any difficulty.

@Kyogesh

Nothing to worry at this time, if you dont have NOA just submit your application with all other details. NOA can be submitted at later stage once you received it, but you have to submit without fail. I had applied without NOA and got my AOR in March under CEC, I received my NOA 2 weeks back and emailed the scan copy to CIC to update the records.

Hope this helps.

I know about the long wait times for the CRA call center. IF you haven't registered yet, register for the CRA online account. Any returns filed will have the T4's and NOA available. You can just print them off and send it to CIC.

Yes I had registered 10 days back to which it says would send CRA Security Code to mailing address and that I havent received. I am able to login to website but dont see any links to print my NOA, it simply shows last login page, if I hit continue it takes me to Want to enter your social secure code. Seems till I have it I wont be able to print my NOA :( . I will wait for one more week lets see.

@ Kyogesh

It doesn't make sense if you are waiting for NOA to submit your PR application, you are wasting time. Just submit your application and later you can update your information.
