Absence History Form

Hello,

I received a Absence History Form to be filled as part of my application for PR Card Renewal application. It had a section to mention all relatives outside Canada (parents, siblings, children). I accidentally misread siblings as spouse and wrote my spouse's name there and did not mention by sister who resides outside Canada.

Can anyone please help me out on how to update this information. I am freaking out :/
