About work permit and college information

Respected sir
I am an international student from INDIA.i want to study computer science technology-software testing(AEC) in matrix college,Montreal,Quebec. Sir I want to know that

1)I matrix college is good or government accelerated college?
2) if I will study there for above described program for 2 year length, then can I get 3 year or (greater than 1 year) work permit?



Please help me.....
