Still mention that work experience. Share some of the duties may be I can help you finding the right NOC. Send all the certificates and reference letters. You need to send documents which are relevant. By relevant I mean the once that will help you get points and also make your claims and case more stronger.
Explain what do you mean by all employer certificate. If you mean all the employers you have worked for till date then Yes.
Hi Rocky
thank you very much.
My first job was in small firm designation was Jr. Computer system manager and truly I cannot collect a certificate from that firm because of relation and quiting the job after having the 2nd job.
The duration of the 2nd job is up to date more than 5 years. (2nd job also include NOC 38 lists).
My problem is :
Before a couple of month ago, I sent my initial application After a long wait I contacted with CIO, NS.
CIO, NS replied me that my initial application already sent back at my address because of incompleteness and require additional information and/or documentation . Moreover, NS suggested me to send a fresh application if the return file is missing.
Meanwhile during my waiting of AOR about my first application, I contacted with my first Job employer and I clearly understand that they will not provide me a certificate.
But I can get a strong certificate from my current employer.
As now I am doing my fresh application, I am in a fix that what mistake I did in my first application. Inspecting my first application doc I found that I forget to tick an option in schedule 3. Most probably that could be a major fault. However I am not sure what others mistake I did.
Also I am unable to get a certificate from my first employer.
I am pretty sure that my current job will be strong enough to get the positive assessment. However, I am afraid if I delete my first job in my fresh application and stating as unemployed then what might happen during the assessment.
Does CIO, NS already taken a copy of my application.
I am in a terrible situation.
I am sorry if any incompleteness in my information.
Thank you very much for your suggestion.
