Kindly let me know about education credential from WES
1) Only transcript to be send to WES
2) Reference in generate after complete the online account on WES website.
3) That reference number to be written on envelope but as per WES all document have WES reference number but all the documents are under transcript so we can written only reference number on envelope
4) Can I send transcript of my spouse through one courier and everyone has to registered with WES before evaluation, means if I send transcript of my spouse along with transcript then will i generate separate reference number.
5) How much minimum Band required in IELTS for express entry
6) I have a experience of Clerk with reputed Govt University, can i become the principal applicant
7) HOw much will be taken for ITA

Yes BUT they need to be stamped, signed and dated either by Registrar or Controller Of Examiner. Also to take care that the envelope too have a sign and stamped at its back flip.

YES. Make sure you do mention the reference number on all the enveloped.

See if you are getting the education documents from Indian Universities, then point 1 above can be done via marksheets itself. You need not require transcripts at all. It just waste more time.

Yes, it is correct. Send both of yours and your spouse document in two separate couriers - one for you and one for your spouse.

CLB 7 - all bands will be equal to 6 bands (minimum)

Well why not, this is what you have to decide yourself.

Well that depends on your CRS score.
