ABOUT VISA POSSIBILITY

hello sir,

i am pragnesh parmar.
country : india,
my academics are listed below:

• IELTS SCORE OVER ALL 6.O= L-7, W- 6, R-5.5, S- 5.5
• work experience : 3.5 yrs as a mechanical maintenance engineer ( Aug 2015 to present )
• B.E MECHANICAL (2015) = 7.98 CGPA (74.80%)
• DIPLOMA MECHANICAL (2011) = 8.17 CPI (76.80%)
• HSC SCIENCE (2008) = 58%
• SSC (2006) = 89.29%

my question is i want to apply for memorial university in master of applied science in oil and gas engineering on the basis of medium of instruction -english certificate which has been given by my university in sealed envelope.

so, if i will get offer letter for this course at that time for visa process can i put my this IELTS SCORE CARD or it is mandatory 6.5 overall?

please , give me your valuable suggestions as per your experience.
