I found some statements on RQ documents.

"Absence From Canada - Important Note : History of Entries to Canada: Your consent is sought at the end of this form in order to allow the Canada Border Sevices AGency(CBSA)to disclose the details of your history of entries to Canada to CIC. IF you provide your consent, you do NOT need to request your history of entries to Canada directly from the CBSA"

I wonder it means I don't need to request of travel history by myself?

I know the exactly date of travel to USA(by car),but I can't remember all day trips to USA. then Which way is the best?

Can I only write it down on paper as much as I can remember the dates?

I'm so nervous,so I couldn't sleep at all.

And, I have rental agreement documents,my husband paid it by monthly. then I need to submit it with paid documents?

I did travel outside Canada too, and I did not submit any proof to my travel either. I believe that if they say "IF you provide your consent, you do NOT need to request your history of entries to Canada directly from the CBSA" - the proof is not needed.
