I wanna take a flight from India to canada having a canadian study permit. The flight will be having a layover at Chicago airport so do i need a transit visa if i want to go to visit the city chicago. Secondly if transit visa is required then do i get it from my country(india) before flying or i will get it there in chicago airport.
