About the PR application filed from India but present address is in USA

Hello,
I filled my PR application when I was in India in 2011. In the mean while I moved to USA, on H1B visa. Now the issue is my medicals and other documentations were done from India but now I am in USA so can not deposit my passport to Canada Embassy at India.
Is there any way I can transfer my application process in Canadian Embassy at USA or directly deposit my passport to Canada Embassy in Canada, or if there is any other way resolve this issue.
Please assist me, this is case in which there is change in country and work status while processing the application for PR.
