about T4

Can I still get my T4 from my former employer because I work with them last January to May 2013? I need your help please...

They must send it to you. It's their obligation to all their previous and current employees to send all T4s.
Did you provide them your address when you resigned? If yes, they might have sent it already or you can follow-up it to them.
