HEY GUYS
I have two different work experiences. I have reference letters from both of my employers and I also have RECORD OF EMPLOYMENT LETTER from my previous employer. What things i have to attach with my file?

T4,
ROE AND
ALL ONE YEARS PAY STUB
Or just T4 AND ROE (FOR PREVIOUS EMPLOYER) AND PAY STUBS (FOR CURRENT EMPLOYER) IS ENOUGH?

Thanks in advance

T4s and NOAs are preferred documents.

ROE would be bonus. Paystubs unnecessary (but helpful if you are paid hourly and have variable hours), but you could provide the most recent ones (assuming they show cumulative YTD info).

Thanks for the reply. You are perfectly right as I have variable hours in my previous job. how many minimum hours does CEC wants ? I have in ROE 898 hours for my previous employer Sep to April and I am working full time 49 hours a week with my new employer.

I am going to put all the pay stub on a safe side.

Thanks

It depends - if you have 30 or more hours per week, it is simply full-time and you don't count the hours.

If it is less than 30 hours per week, it is part-time, and you count the hours - add them up, divide by 30, and you'll have the full-time equivalent number of weeks.

I am working full time 49 hours a week with my new employer.
That is simply full-time (over 30 hours per week). You just count the full-time weeks, not the hours.

I am going to put all the pay stub on a safe side.
Safe side? of course, you know your situation the best, but I've seen people get refused because they misunderstood the hours requirement, included all the paystubs, and the VO calculated the hours differently and concluded that the 1 year requirement was not met. Sometimes, less is more, but use your judgment.
