About submitting the original letter of notarization

Hi everyone. As my marriage certificate is not in English, I have to send a letter of notarization of it. My question is should I submit the original letter of notarization or the copy of it is fine enough? The problem is that I only have one original letter and it’s too much trouble for me to notarize it again.

Also, are there still people physically working in Mississauga office in this COVID situation? I’m planning to mail the application to them soon but I’m kinda worried that there’s no one to receive it on time...
Thank you!

Did you get it translated?

You have to check your country specific requirements if you have to send originals or not

It’s notarized and it has the notarized translation. I’m not sure if I should mail the original notarization or the copy of it is fine.
Also, do you know if anyone still physically working in Mississauga office to receive mails? Thank you very much!

You have to check the country specific requirements on the ircc website where you get the document checklist etc

And yes they work, just slower
