I got rejection for my spouse although I am eligible because I am working as food service supervisor they told me that your job doesn’t match noc code 0, A and B slot. Is there any suggestion for reapply my application. What kind of change’s I have to do ?

What salary are you being paid? Are you being paid minimum wage? What did the letter from your employer say with regards to your job title and job responsibilities?

Did you just get married and was this an arranged marriage with minimal in person relationship history? SOWP is never guaranteed. If you recently got married we see people get denied because IRCC gets concerned that it isn’t a true marriage and only a marriage of convenience. Once you have a longer relationship history couples are usually approved. As @scylla also mentioned salary could also be an issue. Food service supervisor is one of the job descriptions that are associated with immigration fraud. Many aren’t actually working as supervisors or they are being given the title only to secure immigration. How big Is the restaurant and how many employees are working under you? If you live in a small town in Alberta this is likely a small restaurant with minimal employees where an owner usually acts as the supervisor/owner.
