Hi! I came here in Canada June. 4, 2014. Im a permanent recident when i came here.
Im planning to have a vacation in the Philippines to marry my fiance. I plan to have a vacation on August to September 2015. My question is... Can i sponsor her early as i go back here in canada in October 2015?

If you're sponsoring her as a spouse, then no you can't sponsor early, you have to wait until at least the date you are legally wed, because one of the required documents is the marriage certificate.

If you have been sponsored for your permanent residence, you cant sponsor anybody for the next 5 years.
If not, you can sponsor as soon as you are married but take note that NSO are taking their sweet time, average 2-3 months, to register marriages and release marriage certificate.

No you can't. As a PR, you must be residing in Canada when you submit the PR app, and remain residing in Canada during processing. So you can't submit the PR app before getting married, and you can't submit it while in the Philippines. You need to wait until at least Oct 2015.

Having read the OP's first post on this forum, I suspect that this may be a 117(9)(d) situation, with an added side order of misrepresentation, if the OP is, in fact, a common-law partner already.
