About Skills assessment

Hello
i have sent my dox to Australian Pharmacy Council
they sent me some papers but the problem is
they told me that these paper ( they sent) are not enought to apply for migration and that i need to take an exam first to be issued with assessment letter

the exam center is not available in my country and becuase of nationality i can never travel abroad to make the exam
so what can i do p lease tell me and advise me ?
