About SINP and work permit

Hi,

I am an International student.

I am doing Certificate ( 8 months ) PSW course in Ontario. My course will complete in Aug. 2011.

If I will get a work permit , How many months work permit will I get?

And If I go to Saskatchewan for Nominee Program, will I get P.R. within work permit time?
