About PWGP and PR

Hi,
what if we done one year Graduate certificate in saskatchewan and one year Graduate certificate in ontario.
How many years will get for PGWP and will it effect PWGP or PR?

Guidelines in below link. No reason why it should affect a PR application given Canadian education / work experience is still Canadian regardless which province and you still need to qualify for PR.

so, whether it is any province to study the two courses in two provinces, there is no problem for applying PGWP or PR isn't it?
