Hey forum... I m pretty new in forum... I read some of the topic, but i have some specific questions regarding my file...
Let me give u guys brief history regarding my case.
i was in u.k since 2004, I have student visa until 2009 end... I had marriage in 2009 on 1st feb. my wife, she is a canadian citizen, and I am an indian citizen who studied in u.k. since last 5 year. After our marriage we went on honeymoon in Mauritius and came to India and than we decided to stay in London for few weeks while she can stay with me bit more in u.k. also... and mean while I can finish my study, and then i can move to Canada once file is approved...
But a problem arise when I went to u.k. in mid February the u.k. immigration officer refuses my entry to u.k. and send me back to India reasoning that you change your university without informing us and couple rubbish reasons...
Now as 17th March,2009 she put file in Canada as P.R.
Now question is below...
1.. If i reject in u.k to get readmission is this going to affect my file.
2. i also applied visitor visa in 2007, but I was refused by Canadians high commissioner London ... is this going to affect my P.R. Process again or not...
We submitted our file and it contain about 400 pages including photo.. pcc... Certificates and stuff but i m worried about those two questions...
