Hello everyone,

right now my point is 462 and after end of December 2016 my point is 475. So should i wait for 2 or 3 draw for express entry invition or should i give IELTS exam to increse points?

And I have question about spouse. Right now my fiance is living in USA on student visa. So if i get invitation from CIC then Can I marry her and put her name in file is good?

Please reply about my question.
Thank You

You can add her to your ee application now. It'll be much easier.

Only if they are common law. It sounds as if OP and his fiancé are not living together though.

ketzus2011, have you lived together or are you currently living together with your fiancé?
They also have conjugal partners. If he can prove that he can add her on. That's what annoys me so much about people sponsoring partners later. There's so many options to bring a loved one with you:

Conjugal Partner

A conjugal partner is a foreign national residing outside Canada who is in a conjugal relationship with a sponsor for at least one year, but could not live with the sponsor as a couple. This term applies to both heterosexual and homosexual couples. This category was established for partners of sponsors who normally would present an application as spouse or common-law partner but cannot due to circumstances beyond their control (e. g., immigration barrier, religious reasons or sexual orientation). Thus, they could not live together for a period of at least one year.

In most cases, the foreign partner is also not able to legally marry their sponsor and qualify as a spouse. In all other respects, the couple is similar to a common-law couple or a married couple, meaning they have been in a bona fide (genuine) conjugal relationship for a period of at least one year.

However, a significant degree of attachment and mutually interdependence between both partners must be demonstrated. They must also provide proof of the obstacles or restrictions that prevent cohabitation or marriage.

NOtT an expert, but I don't know if they would accept study in US as an impediment to being together. More
Of a choice. Search on forum and check official CIC Manuals for a ruling. I have heard they don't allow conjugal classification unless there is a strong reason the couple cannot live together.
