about PNP

Dear seniors
I am living in Penticton B.C. yesterday I went to soics in downtown to ask about PNP.I am a line cook and Noc is B . They said I am not eligible to apply PNP because my current income doesn't meet their income requirement given on BC PNP website.we are 4 family members and my annual income should be required 32960$ yearly but now my income is only 20,000 $.
So kindly advised me how to apply PNP now ?

Dear Scylla
Thanks for your prompt response. I would like to ask one thing that I want to apply open permit for my wife and bring here so once she comes here, she starts to work and we gonna a show both of our income to BC PNP and want to apply PNP and later we gonnna call our children.Is this ok?
