I have open work permit. I am doing two full time jobs. One of them they provide me immigration papers for PNP. Can I apply PNP in NOC D
or I have to change one job from full to part time from I am not getting the papers.

Research if you are eligible for any programs with NOC D. Express Entry is not an option.
