Hi, experts
I'm a master student who just finished my study. I only took one-year post-graduate work permit. Now I'm concerning about the immigration issue. I have some questions to ask here from experts.
(1). How could I renewal or extend my one-year work permit when it's expired? should I apply for another type of work permit if I don't want to ask for the LMO from my workplace?
(2). I could try to apply for the PNP as a master graduated student, however, the PNP has limited nomination amount each time, so I wonder if I cannot get the nomination, does that mean I have to go back to my home country ? is there another way to apply for PR?
(3). I only have maximum 8-month conscious full time, paid work experience in my home country, but not one or over one year. If I try to apply for EE, I need over one-year work experience to apply. so I wonder if there any experts who could guide me to go to an appropriate path to get my PR?
I will be appreciated if there will be experts who could help me to answer these questions. Thanks a lot!
