I am married , my husband is also in canada on open spouse work permit. Now i want to apply for PR. I am thinking to move to other province because in ontario, i am not eligible for express entry. According to you which province should i move to. I am thinking to move in wiinipeg,what would be the rules and how much time it would take to get pR there.
