Hi there,
I have a rather urgent question. Could someone please tell me whether you can combine partial year experiences from multiple NOCs, in order to fulfill one-year continuous work experience requirement under the former FSW system (Aug 2012)? I applied for FSW in Aug last year. I worked several months as 4012 (Research and teaching assistant), and then Human Resource Professional (1121), and then back to 4012 (Research and teaching assistant). The entire work experience together is continuous, and both codes are under Category A under NOC system. However, the officer only counted my experience individually and rejected my application. I will need to reply to him urgently.
I know you cannot do it under the new system that took place in May 2013. But I sent my application in Aug last year, and thus it follows the old system.
Notice that FSW 1 system does not allow partial work experience. However, I am talking about FSW 3.
Thank you very much in advance.
Mary
