About New system working experience

The CIC website on working experience part has two options, the first one is Canadian working experience but the second one is unspecified. So the second one must be working experience outside Canada？ I'm now sitting at 486 and waiting for next draw. If the second one counts, I would be 524 which is more hopeful to be invited
