About my mother's visa extension decision

Hi there,
I checked my mother's online account and found the following decision:
Application Details

Application Status Closed
Review of medical results Blank
Review of submitted documents No additional documents are needed at this time Help
Scheduling an interview Blank
Review of biometric information blank
A final decision has been reached This application has been approved
It means that she got visa right? But I haven't got any letter from CIC. How can i know how long she got visa ?

You didn't mention any dates in your topic, but it can take a week or two for them to send a new paper visa extension to whatever address you listed on the application.
