i got admission in CPA at seneca college,i applied for visa 1st oct i got medical call on 15 oct through my mailing adress,i would like to ask CHC islamabad will send me pasport or i should have print out mailing form that is sent by CHC, and got appointment from the doctor mentioned by CHC.
