Same here. Hr filed my case before Christmas, and then, nothing so far. In 3 month. So, we would like to file it again. =( why...................... Lips sealed and we tried to contact with government, never reach it. Could anyone give some advice, how to contact with government to check if they receive your case or not? Thanks.

Your employer is the one who needs to contact to ask for the status of the LMIA.

It is not unusual for LMIAs to take over four months to process.
