About inland spousal sponsorship

Hello everyone I really need your help for understanding my application. I got my medical request last June 27,2018 and submitted by my physician last July 11,2018. My question is , as we want to apply for open work permit up to this moment we didn’t receive any correspondence or email confirming my sponsor were approve. So how come I got my medical request without any sponsor approval? It is in my understanding that my sponsor is approve. I really appreciate your help guys thanks

The order of sponsorship process steps is at the discretion of the Visa Office........you have done medical, means your application is been processed.......relax.......if you have not submitted open work permit application will advice that you submit now.......spousal inland sponsorship will be processed regardless of PA status, but open work permit application will not be approved if PA is out-of-status.
