should i include my son which is already a permanent resident in canada on my imm0008 under dependent section?

your child must be included in IMM5406.

if the child already has PR in Canada.....will PR visa be reissued to a PR in Canada holder

You must include your spouse or common-law partner, if applicable, and all of your dependent children, and those of your spouse or common-law partner, who are not already permanent residents or Canadian citizens.

Your dependent child who is a PR in Canada must be included in IMM5406 and not IMM0008
