You realize that teachers are not on the list of "29" ?http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who-instructions.asp#list If you don't have 1 years experience in the past 10 in one of the occupations you don't qualify for emigration as FSW1 and unless you have an Approved Employment Option from a Canadian employer, you don't qualify for FSW2
2. Every Skilled worker must take the IELTs to prove English proficiency or TEF to prove French.
