I need to ask . I am going do Educational Assessment . and ,In Comparative Education Service, it has mentioned u need to submit following :

--Two colour photocopies of both sides of the award for each program of study (diploma or certificate) in its original language
and official English or French translations
-- Two colour photocopies of both sides of your academic records/transcripts/statement of marks for each program of study in
their original language and official English or French translations


But i have query that I have degree of B.Tech as well my Post Graduation degree with Mark sheets .But what about academic records/transcripts/statement of marks..I am not getting that one..What includes in "academic records/transcripts/statement of marks" ..Bcz I have done my Post Graduation from Overseas University and I am in My home country..So kindly suggest me about "academic records/transcripts/statement of marks"..Waiting for ur reply ASAP. Thanks

well if they say, then you have no other option. ask them by phone but i am quite sure your final transcript + degree certificate will do the job for you. no need to send other statement of marks etc things. why not do you try WES. it does the process very quickly. and you only need degree certificate + transcript (final) only. i've sent black photocopies when i was doing my assessment from WES. it took only a month.

"academic records/transcripts/statement of marks" from this they mean they need only one thing. if you have only the Transcript in which there is a list of all subjects plus your grades/marks/GPA. Then definitely this transcript will work for you.

The 3 terms "academic records", "transcripts" and "statement of marks" are three alternate names of your "marks sheets" i.e. document which shows the detail of marks scored in all the courses you attended. So relax, you already have these.

havent you got your final transcript. one page which shows all your semesters and subjects with results? rest is exactly right what you have stated. you can calculate your points here.

That's right. It is important to include all the marks detail sheets to cover all the courses you have completed for a degree.

If all other points (excluding English competency) add upto 68 (> 67) then you require just 6 in each module, which is the minimum requirement. To ascertain your requirement use the CLB table for IELTS as first language in the following link:

Thanks ..I am planning to apply from WES institute for my Assessment ..I have gone through website ..i found this when i have selected INDIA ..

You may have photocopies of your original mark sheets attested and dated by the Controller of Examinations or Registrar’s Office. Please request for the attested photocopies to be placed in an official sealed envelope and have the envelope returned to you to forward to WES.

and

download academic transcript request form. .. what does mean by Academic Transcript Request Form,where it will use.Is this form need for my Assessment process? ,Should I attach this form with my documents for Assessment process? or Is it required for getting my Transcript from the university?

When i have selected UK for my Masters Degree , Then it has mentioned :

Transcript of academic records issued by the institutions attended - showing all subjects completed and all grades/marks awarded for all years of post-secondary study

in how to submit section it has mentioned:

To be sent directly to WES by the institutions attended

tat means ,My institutes will send that transcript to WES directly...If yes then i am confuse ,i dont think so my university will do that one..

Kindly suggest me what i suppose to do?

You will notice that this same form is also meant to request your UK university for dispatching degrees/transcripts directly to WES. Fill your portion of the form and courier it to the concerned department there in your UK institute. But make sure you contact then prior to sending this form.

I am in India.I can do for my B.Tech degree bcz i have completed from one of Indian University...But i have completed My master degree from UK..So its very difficult to do all the things.. I can arrange Transcript from that university .but accept that Is any other way to do ..Kindly let me know?


bcz UNIVERSITY OF TORONTO Comparative Education Service (CES) SCHOOL OF CONTINUING STUDIES is saying that

Your application for a CES Assessment Report will require:
· A completed and signed application form
· A colour photocopy of your photo identification showing your date of birth
· Two colour photocopies of both sides of the award for each program of study (diploma or certificate) in its original language
and official English or French translations
· Two colour photocopies of both sides of your academic records/transcripts/statement of marks for each program of study in
their original language and official English or French translations
· Full payment of applicable service fees


And According to your suggestion :

According to this statement ,I think i don't need to apply transcript from the university..bcz i have Marks sheets ,which shows details of marks scored in all the courses i have attended ..

In that they haven't discussed about sealed envelope and directly send it from university an all..Kindly suggest me ..thanks

"Sealed official academic records/transcripts/statement of marks mailed directly from each educational institution listed on your CES application package (submitted separately)"

Perhaps you got the wrong form. You need: "CES Application Form - FSWP Post-Secondary Education Assessment [ v.2 ]" Here is the link:

Thanks ,So Should i fill that form and send it to UK university and based on that form they will send only Transcript to them..Bcz they have sent me all the the documents before..they can only work on transcript part..

Is attested necessary from UK University's registrar on Transcript document..?
If they will send them Transcript in sealed envelope , then what about degree ,Marks Sheet,which i have carry of Master degree.?Can i send these documents from my side?

Degree which i have completed from INDIA ,Same thing i need to do?

Yes that is what you should do. And the UK institute will send whatever necessary document that come under their definition of "academic records". I recommend you to also send a letter along with this form explaining you situation.

As per WES website...as an applicant from India ...what you need to submit is neat photocopies of your degree certificates obtained in India and UK. (I recommend that you send copies of your transcripts to facilitate cross checking). No attestation is required for copies that you send.

The institutes in India and UK have to send attested and sealed "marks sheet/transcripts". To make this happen, you have to submit the above mentioned form to both institutes. Hope its clear now.

And do not forget to add the Application Summary with the package that you send.

Thanks i have last question..

Can u provide me any sample filled transcript form ,which has been provided by WES or CES institute ..I am not getting which Section of form I have to fill and which section of form fill by University??

and

can i scan that form after filling from my side ,whatever its required from my side and send it to UK University..bcz i can go for my Home country's university to do all the things .but for there it will take more time to send from my side..Can i do Scan copy and send it to them? then they can take color printout of that and they can fill their section..and make transcript with all details and send directly to them?

If i have to send this form to UK..so what all documents i have send to university to make Transcript ? Can they understand ,what they have to mention in transcript? I think they can ask me about that ,so can you provide me some notes or like example , so i can able to tell them tat u need to write these things on transcript.. That will be very kind.
