about changing college under spp

Dear All,

I am an Indian, I got the admission in Seneca College under SPP for Sept 2011 intake. now I want to change my college, so please advice me can i do this? and tell me the procedure how it is possible? please reply me soon so before starting this sept 2012 intake i will start my procedure.

As far as I know, you have to complete your first semester and then you are eligible for transferring to another college.
