About AINP

Hey guys,
I did my doploma from Ontario and now i want to go Alberta. I have an employer over there who is offering me NOC B job with 17$/HR pay, and he will also provide me job letter .
What is my probability to get nominated for AINP? I have work permit till end of 2019.
