About AINP under CEC Express Entry

Hello Everyone,
I have questions. Because I didn't find in the forum my answers. I have a lmia for 2 years. Almost finishing 1 years work experience I will create a express entry profile under EE CEC AINP Program. My question is do i need to extend my work-permit for wait result Permanent resident? or its okey to not extend the apply new LMIA . Also, curious for job offer i had job offer when i applied 1 year ago. is it enough to show or do i have to get new date job offer.

If your current employer is willing to continue employing you for a year after you become a PR you can use your old LMIA to get points for a job offer.

If your work permit is about to expire, you should apply to extend it. If you are able to apply for PR before it expires, you can apply for a bridging open work permit.
