About adding spouse name

Hello Everyone

I get invitation on 22nd December, 2016. before 2 days I submit my all documents to CIC. SO now if i married to my finance in March then can I add her name to my profile. And if yes i can add her name then does she need to give IELTS? Does she need to take PCC?

IELTS is not mandatory, PCC you might if she spent anywhere more than 6 months "other than Canada".
