I have 2 years and five months(650hours) Canadian job experiences in B Category. Work permit expired and I am in study permit again now. If I work (1560-650) 910 hours as part time (20 hours per week), can I include it in my another one year Canadian job experiences?

No - you cannot. Work experience gained while you are studying in Canada cannot be counted towards PR.
