A strange eight digit number

Dear All,

When I update my EE profile, I see down the page a strange number with eight digits (without alphabets and hyphen) and my complete name.

Anybody knows what this number is?

That is the reference number which you received after submitting your information in the 'Come to Canada' tool.
This number was also asked while filling up the EE profile.

Reference number from Come to Canada Tool begins with letters and the total length is 12.

What is displayed when I update my personal profile in EE is only eight digits without any alphabets. And along with this number my complete name also is displayed.

I have not yet submitted my profile also.

I did not even submit my EE profile, without submitting my profile how can I get ITA?

This number is something different.
