Dear Forum Members

I need some help to fill up the Forms IMM 008, Schedule 1

1) This form should be print out in block letters or as a regular pattern?
2) On IMM 0008 at page1 and page2, how should the photograph adhere to the space provided for photographs ?? AS well these photographs must be with name and dob on back??
3)If the applicant has educational qualification up to Masters Degree can he mention in question 10 of schedule 1 as: 5 - 5 - 6
and what to write under the column: Type of Certificate or diploma issued
4)Question 11 (schedule 1) under the column of activity how to mention SSC,HSC ,BA and MA study

Hi. Would you consider changing your subject line so people know what your question is? You might get more help that way. So you need help getting started.....the bottom line is to study the CIO and VO specific instructions word for word on most things. For filling out the forms, if not on computer, then print clearly in BLACK pen. If your printing is easier to read in BLOCK CAPS then do so. Just think of it from the perspective of the person trying to read it. There should be explicit instructions about the photographs and I don't recall that any were to be stuck on the application. Different VOs request different things, but the identified photos are supposed to be placed in one envelope per person, which is labelled and paperclipped to the application with care so none of the pictures are bent.
I hope the experts will be able to answer ques 3 and 4 for you, if you cannot find the information in the instructions or on the thread "IMPORTANT, Need to send All documents to CIO". When you have questions you can also do a SEARCH in the top right corner to see if someone else has already asked and received the same information. I didn't figure out that resource for a while!
