My girlfriend(Egyptian Citizen living in Canada on the student permit) and I(Indian citizen but living and working in Italy ) had been dating to each other since 2014 and recently married in Greece.
My girlfriend had been visited to me several times during all these years(mostly other countries in Europe) and now she wants me to visit her in Canada.
Here are my questions.
1. Would it be better if I apply a visit visa on the behalf that I want to meet and spend few days with my wife? Or apply a visit visa directly without mentioning her.
2. Would she eligible to sponsor me if she is still an international student in Canada?
I only afraid that if our marriage would be considered a fake. But in reality we did because we wanted to be give a name to our love story.
