I want to apply under NOC 0 catrgory. I will complete my one year managerial experience next year in April. How long it usually takes to get PR after i applied.

There are threads in this forum for applicants from each month. Look Jan, Feb, Mar applicants threads and you will get an idea. Official timeline is 14 months for CEC.
