I am wondering if anybody knows when I (PNP applicant) submit the package to CIC, should I also submit my common-law's document of civil status including birth certificate, ID etc. My common-law partner is already a PR. I feel there is no need to submit his, but the checklist （imm5690） says I must submit it.
