A question regarding BWOP

Hello,

If I submitted EE-based PNP and got acknowledgement of receipt, would I be able to apply for BWOP? I was wondering for BWOP if it has to be after receiving acknowledgement for the PR application. On CIC website, it does not seem to be clear regarding this part.

For EE applicants, you need to pass R10 check(that means all required documents are submitted and verified by CIC officer), in order to get BOWP.

If an EE applicant decides to apply for OINP Human Capital Priorities stream to get 600 points, would he/she be able to apply for BOWP once the required documents for OINP application are verified? Thanks.

At provincial stage, no, there is no way to get work permit.
