Hi friends,

I had applied in 2008 and got stuck in background check for more than 2 years which was unexpected after the medicals and costed me my job, etc.
It has been 5 months my husband and I have moved to another country for work( but still got the residency of the country we applied) and we just recieved a letter saying ur bc is complete and they have asked for filling up new form of background declaration, I am thinking about skipping to mention this 5 months as I am afraid that it may take much longer cause they might ask for police clearance or i dont know from the new country,so as we r still residents of our original app country and it has been less than 6 months do you think it is adviseable to not mention it at all ?
the only proof showing we have lived in the new country is the passport with work permit for one year and enrty-exit stamps ...
Thanks !

Yep...
Never good to lie... Your status is legal.... no reason hiding it...

It wont delay anything, if you provide proper and timely documentation.

Dear sharan,

Dont even think about to hide this thing otherwise you will be in big trouble because when you send your passport for visa stamping at that time they can check your passport thoroughly and they normally do and that time your case may be refuse bkz of misinterpretation. So, never ever think about it.....
