A question concerning work experience

Hi all,

I have put as my work experience 5 different jobs totaling 11 years of experience in a NOC code. However now after receiving an ITA I have only been able to get letters from 3 employers. However they cover 10 of the 11 years. Am I better off removing the last 2 jobs from my work history or to add a letter of explanation saying I have not been able to get a letter with all the details (only a standard letter confirming my employment)?

My main concern with removing the jobs is that they were there when I received the ITA and that IRCC might see that as misrepresentation but they are really not needed to fullfil the requirements.

Assuming that employer is not ready to provide letters. Let them be in work history and attach experience letter, joining letter and paystubs, any proof wihch states that employer doesnt provide such letters. Try to get a letter from an employee along with business card, if possible. Else just give these documents and state in LoE that employer doesnt issue such letters.
